Biography
Mohammad was the President of Wolverine Soft during the 2006-2007 academic year.
He enjoys learning more about and keeping up with the games industry. To him, there are few other industries that host such an engaged consumer base while providing entertainment to such a wide variety of people.
As President, Mohammad wanted to see Wolverine Soft branch out further than it had before. Under his leadership, a full set of game development resources were added to the newly acquired office, which became a hub for Wolverine Soft's activities. Wolverine Soft also built upon its portfolio of student outreach events, game development tutorials, and articles about the industry at this time. Finally, the group also hosted its first multi-University 48 hour game development contest in 2007.
(Plus, in 2005 the Michigan Information & Research Service described him as a "Video Game Expert from the University of Michigan.")
To him, college is the ideal time for game enthusiasts to create their own unique projects.
What he sees out there is a multi-billion dollar industry that Wolverine Soft's members will soon become a part of. However, in order to build an industry that doesn't rely on graphics' wars and redundant iterations, game developers must innovate. Prototype the new ideas you have, improve upon the ones you've seen that could use more polish, be your own boss and make what you want to make. This is your time to innovate and Wolverine Soft is the place.
During his time at U of M, Mohammad was also strongly involved in student advocacy. He served as Student Body President during his senior year and as the first President of the newly-created Student Association of Michigan.
Mohammad Dar graduated as a History and Cell and Molecular Biology double major at the University of Michigan in 2008. He is currently pursuing his MD at the University of Michigan Medical School. Most recently, he has interned at the White House working on health policy and has worked in Uganda on public health initiatives.

Symbiote
The Symbiote prototype is a gameplay concept that experimented with a character using a symbiote (similar to that in Spider Man) to interact with his world. The character can use the symbiote to swing from surfaces and jump higher, among other uses.
The prototype was made in the summer of 2007, and is compatible with an Xbox 360 controller on PC. The build here is the last of work that was done on the… -
WolverineWare
WolverineWare is the first true Wolverine Soft community project in a while. Development of this game will be done by programmers, artists, musicians, designers, beginners and experts alike. The idea behind the game is that it will be like WarioWare, Inc. (the GBA game) with a WolverineSoft/UofM theme. It will consist of a huge number of simple, short (as in, a few seconds long) "microgames" each developed by an individual or group of Wolverine Soft…
